The Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for sourcing new SBI Credit Card customers by working closely with SBI Bank branches. The role requires daily interactions with walk-in customers, bank staff, and existing account holders to promote SBI Credit Card products, fulfill application formalities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell SBI Credit Cards to existing and new customers visiting the SBI branch.
Conduct product presentations to potential customers and explain credit card features and benefits.
Liaise with branch staff to generate leads and referrals.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of applications.
Maintain daily sales reports and MIS for tracking targets and performance.
Ensure adherence to all RBI and SBI Card compliance policies and regulations.
Address customer queries regarding card benefits, application status, and usage.
Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
Age: Typically between 21–35 years.
0–3 years of experience in financial product sales, preferably in banking or credit cards.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and rejections.
Basic knowledge of banking and credit card products is desirable.
