Key Responsibilities:
GOOD COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH IS A MUST
1. Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries related to business setup in KSA.
2. Explain our services, business setup packages, government regulations, and benefits clearly and confidently.
3. Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions and proposals.
4. Maintain and update the client database (CRM) with accurate and current information.
5. Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure timely conversions.
6. Achieve or surpass monthly targets for calls, meetings booked, proposals sent, and conversions.
7. Coordinate with the Business Setup Advisory team for a smooth onboarding of new clients.
8. Build and sustain positive relationships with prospects to encourage referrals and repeat business.
9. Handle client objections professionally and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum GRADUATE and Experience IN TELESALES AND HANDLING CUSTOMERS . Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
