We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead a team of loan product sales executives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of loan products, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves driving business through team performance, market penetration, and client relationship management.
Lead and manage a team of loan sales executives (DSAs/field sales/offline or digital team)
Drive sales of loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, Loan Against Property, etc.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the team
Guide the team on lead generation, client pitching, documentation, and closing
Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular performance reviews
Train and mentor new team members
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Collaborate with credit, operations, and customer service teams for smooth disbursal
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
3–6 years of experience in loan sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership role
Strong knowledge of loan products and financial markets
Proven leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
