We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Team Leader – International B2B Sales to manage and mentor a team of dynamic sales executives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the team’s performance, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets, and optimizing international client acquisition and retention strategies. You will serve as the bridge between the management and your team, and play a key role in scaling the international sales pipeline.

• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycle, especially through online portals and outbound techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and internet-based research.
• Highly self-motivated, performance-driven, and target-oriented.
• Ability to conduct and coach the team on high-level (C-Level) sales conversations.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
