Job Description – Team Leader (Sales Process)

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for our Sales Process. Looking for a candidate with strong team handling skills, sales experience, and the ability to drive performance.

Position Details

• Role: Team Leader – Sales Process

• Salary: ₹20,000 CTC to ₹30,000 CTC (Fixed Salary) + Attractive Incentives

• Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Team Leader in Sales Process

• Location: Sector - 63 Noida

• Shift: 10am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage a team of sales executives/advisors

• Monitor team performance and achieve sales targets

• Motivate and guide the team for better productivity

• Conduct daily briefing, feedback, and performance tracking

• Ensure quality communication and process adherence

• Prepare reports and coordinate with management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in Sales

• Good communication and leadership skills

• Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset

• Ability to manage pressure and team productivity

• Basic knowledge of reporting and team management
