Manage and nurture relationships with partner bank branches through regular virtual interactions.
Drive Life Insurance business by engaging with bank customers via calls, video meetings & digital channels.
Generate leads, explain product features, provide suitable insurance solutions, and ensure closure of sales.
Coordinate with branch staff to identify potential customers and support them with product knowledge.
Achieve monthly sales targets, conversion ratios, and productivity metrics.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines at every step of the sales process.
Maintain accurate MIS reports and update customer interactions in CRM systems.
Provide post-sales service support, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Life Insurance Bancassurance / VRM / Direct Sales (mandatory).
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insurance products clearly.
Good relationship-building skills with bank staff and customers.
Target-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a structured sales environment.
Basic understanding of insurance products, IRDA guidelines & bank processes.
Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and virtual customer engagement methods.
