•Client Business: Pune's foremost Wholesale Distributors/Traders of Plumbing Materials, Pipes, Bathroom fittings, Chamber Covers, Sewage related items, etc
•Business Segment for Job Role: B2B Sales, especially to Construction Companies/Builders & Developers, Industrial areas, MIDCs, etc
•Job Role:
1. Go to various Industrial areas, MIDCs, Builders & Developers and pitch the firm's product range to them (B2B Sales)
2. Constantly follow-up and convert leads (reference, Indiamart, Social Media, direct company or repeat Business, and new sources) into Sales
3. Achieve Sales Targets set by Company from time to time
4. Constantly acquire and work on new leads for the Business, from all possible sources, develop relationships, follow-up, resolve their queries and keep them warm
5. Excellent network & Business relationship with Builders, Industries from Pune desired!
6. Reporting of all Sales Activities and efforts to the Directors
7. Weekly Reporting to office is mandatory for Staff working from far off regions, as per company norms
8. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Experience: at least around 3 to 5 years of good experience in relevant field Only
•Salary: up to 30,000 p.m. + Sales Incentives• + Annual Bonus•
