Job Summary:

SAMRAT SUPERBIKES PVT. LTD. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive 2-wheeler (motorcycles/scooters) and 3-wheeler (e-rickshaw/auto) sales. The candidate must have 1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience and a passion for achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain features, price, and benefits of various models (2-wheeler and 3-wheeler).

• Conduct follow-ups on leads via calls or field visits.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

• Assist with vehicle test rides, finance, and documentation.

• Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and customer satisfaction.

• Meet monthly sales targets and report performance to management.

• Coordinate with RTO, finance, and service departments.

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of sales experience (automobile sector preferred).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Good product knowledge of 2-wheelers and 3-wheelers.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or DMS tools.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

• Local area knowledge will be an advantage.

• Presentable and confident personality.
