We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Two-Wheeler Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling motorcycles/scooters, assisting customers with product selection, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
Product Knowledge: Explain product features, specifications, finance options, warranty, and after-sales services.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly sales goals and contribute to dealership revenue.
Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with prospective and existing customers through calls, messages, and visits.
Documentation: Assist customers in completing purchase formalities, including finance, insurance, and registration paperwork.
Market Awareness: Stay updated on competitor products, prices, and promotional activities.
Events & Promotions: Participate in sales campaigns, roadshows, and test-ride events to generate leads.
Customer Feedback: Handle customer queries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
1–3 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Passion for automobiles and sales.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
