Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, dependable, and detail-oriented Business Development Executive who is experienced in working on business tenders, comfortable with Excel and business math, and confident in handling official documentation and project tracking. The role demands a high level of confidentiality, professionalism, and organizational discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Study and monitor tender opportunities across multiple government/public sector portals.

2. Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and financial bids.

3. Coordinate paperwork, documentation, and compliance checks related to the tendering process.

4. Create, manage, and maintain Excel-based trackers, financial models, and business calculations as directed.

5. Liaise with various departments for approvals, documents, and follow-ups required for business submissions.

6. Support the leadership team in researching new opportunities and partnerships.

7. Maintain strict confidentiality of business plans, financials, and sensitive data.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Graduate in Business, Commerce, Hospitality or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

2. 1-3 years of experience in business development, tendering, or project coordination.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel – including formulas, formatting, and data handling.

4. Basic understanding of government tendering platforms (GeM, IRCTC, Railways, CPWD, etc.) is highly desirable.

5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential documents.

Work Schedule:
Working Days: 6 days/week
Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM (may vary based on project deadlines)
