We are looking for Assistant Manager \ Manager to join our team at Real Events. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers In Hand Salary and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in generating new business
· Preparing pitch presentations and updating company profile as and when necessary
· Taking proper brief from Business development team
· Responsible for Servicing clients and Maintaining and forming strategic relationship with them for repeat business, new referred business and retaining 99% of clients year on year
· Setting up brain storming sessions with operations and concept team to provide client with new technologies in market and to give realistic approach in presentation. (Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery)
· Coordinating internally with business development team, operations team, creative team for event / activity brief, costing and designs respectively
· Making Pre and Post event P and L of the event and submit the same to the management and accounts department
· Over viewing costing received from the operations team to ensure that budgets are adhered to.
· Make sure that the process of setting up event / activity is well under the timeline desired by the client
· See to it that events / activities are managed smoothly without any fallouts
· Incase of any fallouts, ensure that all the information regarding events/ activity is passed on to the management before client updates the management.
· Taking care of Post event deliverables like ensuring the event / activity CD (consisting of photos and videos) has reached client
· Venue management along with operations team.
· Being on site during events / activity
· See to it that expenses about an event / activity are cleared by operations team within 15 days of completion of the same so that the PO is closed with post P and L inputs.
· Following up for payments and receive payment in 45 days cycle from date of events or promotion is over. (try for event / activity advance)
· Seek client feedback for every event / activity and work upon the fall-outs caused.
· Organize an internal department meeting at the end of every month to analyze the events that took place during that particular month.
· Providing induction to new joinee of the team.
