Designation – Assistant Manager – Business Management
Locations – Delhi, Bangalore & Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new clients for logistics services in the PTL and FTL (if required) segments.
• Ensure timely vehicle placements based on client requirements and service levels.
• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with clients and transporters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage advance payment clients, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
• Track daily operations, resolve escalations, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
• Understand market trends and competition to refine sales strategies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in logistics sales and vehicle placement.
• Good understanding of PTL operations and experience handling advance payment clients.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage operational challenges and resolve issues promptly.
• Experience working with both enterprise and SME logistics clients.
