We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CASA Sales Officer to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and selling Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field visits, lead generation, and referrals. This is a target-driven role requiring excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Acquire new CASA customers through direct sales (field work).
Identify potential markets and customers and convert them into CASA customers.
Cross-sell other banking products such as debit cards, term deposits, and third-party products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term engagement.
Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, outdoor activities, and local marketing initiatives.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly CASA acquisition targets.
Conduct customer profiling and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs.
Ensure adherence to bank processes and compliance guidelines during customer onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Attend daily/weekly review meetings and submit sales reports as required.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Graduation is mandatory).
0–3 years of experience in CASA sales, field sales, or BFSI industry preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target oriented.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Familiarity with local geography and language (Kannada preferred).
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and lead generation.
