About the Role:

We are hiring Unit Sales Managers to join our high-performing team at ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE – Ambattur Branch. The ideal candidate must have a strong field sales background, excellent people management skills, and the ability to drive business through recruitment and activation of insurance advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard insurance advisors from the open market

• Train, license, and activate new advisors

• Drive monthly sales targets through the advisor team

• Plan and execute business development activities

• Maintain strong relationships with advisors and motivate them to achieve performance goals

• Report to the Branch Manager / Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

• Travel extensively (70% field + 30% office work) in and around Chennai

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (Field Sales mandatory)

• Preferred sectors: BFSI Sales, Direct Sales, Pharma Sales

• Must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Age: Below 39 years (strictly)

• Must be target-driven and comfortable with open market recruitment
