Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager for Surat to drive business development, build customer relationships, and grow our market share in the region. Fresh MBA graduates (Marketing specialization) with high energy and learning attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new leads from builders, architects, contractors, PMC, consultants, and institutions.
Visit project sites, attend client meetings, and build strong customer relationships.
Promote Acodor's range of steel doors – both fire-rated and non-fire-rated.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for drawings, quotations, and technical support.
Follow up on leads, quotations, and orders to ensure successful closures.
Maintain a record of all leads, client interactions, and sales activity in CRM or internal formats.
Participate in exhibitions, architect meets, and promotional events in the Surat region.
Coordinate with HO for pricing, delivery timelines, and after-sales service.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Report market feedback, competitor activity, and client insights regularly.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate in any stream with MBA in Marketing (preferred).
Experience:
Fresher (MBA Marketing) candidates with strong communication and interest in technical sales can apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years’ experience in B2B/building materials/project sales will be given preference.
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi
