We are looking for a result-oriented Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations in the assigned territory. The role involves managing a sales team, achieving targets, developing business strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned area
Manage, motivate, and train the sales team to maximize performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities
Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
Ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Any Graduate
2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in pharma
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
