Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Marketing Manager located in Delhi. Person from a Building Material Background is preferred.
The Area Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
a. generating sales through Architect, Builders, Govt. Dept., End Users etc. as per assigned targets
b. day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, creating and delivering effective marketing campaigns, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Base Location: Ghaziabad,Noida
Territory: Delhi/NCR
Experience & Qualifications
· 4-8 yrs of Building Material Segment or similar product segment experience
· Well aware with Delhi/NCR Market
· Have strong network of Architect, Builders
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team
· Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
· Familiarity with the architectural industry and related products is a plus
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
· Proficiency with MS Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken)
