Key Responsibilities:
Team Building & Management:
Recruit and manage a team of Relationship Managers, Area Managers, and Sales Managers.
Motivate and train the team to achieve sales and performance targets.
POSP Development:
Recruit Point of Sale Persons (POSPs) and drive business generation through them.
Provide training and support to POSPs for effective sales.
Sales Leadership:
Monitor and follow processes to achieve consistent sales performance through the team.
Drive motor insurance sales, focusing on agency channel operations.
Performance Monitoring:
Conduct performance reviews for team members to ensure alignment with business goals.
Deliver consistent results and meet premium generation targets.

Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of general insurance products and services.
Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in general insurance, specifically motor insurance sales.
Proven track record in agency channel sales with experience managing a portfolio of 10-100 crore premiums per month.
