We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented After Sales Support Executive to join our team at Artem Healthtech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will handle customer calls, provide exceptional post-sales support, resolve queries related to our healthcare technology solutions, and ensure a positive customer experience. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Make feedback and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Resolve customer concerns and manage complaints with a problem-solving approach.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
Provide customers with clear and accurate information to address their issues.
Coordinate with internal departments (technical, billing, and CRM teams) to resolve complex cases.
Support the team in improving after-sales service processes and overall customer experience.
Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline (preferred in Business, IT, or Healthcare).
0 to 2 years of experience in customer service, CRM, or after-sales support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
