Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven for Sales & Business Development towards company growth to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills to meet targets and support long-term organizational success.
Duties n Responsibilities:
Lead Generation through Tele-Calling
Student Counselling, Career Guidance
Sales & Revenue Generation
Reporting & Forecasting
Identify prospects Convert into admissions
Qualification/Experience:
Graduates or Fresher’s with Bachelor's degree (any stream)
OR
Work Experience minimum 1 to 5 Years in the Sales Industry preferred
Skills:
Good communication (verbal and written)
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)
Persuasive and confident personality
Cold Calling, tele-calling approach
Negotiation and closing skills
Salary Structure:
Based upon Skills & Interview Performance + Incentives
Office Hours:
Monday to Saturday (9:30am to 6:30pm), Sunday (Weekly off)
Interview Time
11:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Saturday
