Handle inbound inquiries via calls, emails, walk-ins, and online forms.
Maintain and update the student database/CRM with accurate and timely information.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Assist students in filling out application forms, collecting documents, and meeting admission deadlines.
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth onboarding.
Verify eligibility and ensure all admission documentation is complete.
Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and promotional events.
Conduct information sessions, webinars, and workshops to promote programs.
Build relationships with schools, counsellors, and other institutions for referral generation.
Provide accurate information about courses, fees, scholarships, and campus life.
Respond promptly to queries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while handling student concerns.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on inquiries, conversions, and admissions.
Analyze student feedback and recommend process improvements.
Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to align admission strategies.
Contribute ideas to enhance student engagement and retention.
