The role requires excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, and a passion for helping learners achieve professional success.

## Key Responsibilities

* Counsel students and working professionals regarding Digital Marketing and AI courses offered by QualifyEd Academy.

* Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.

* Explain course features, career opportunities, certifications, fee structures, and learning outcomes.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp inquiries, emails, and walk-ins.

* Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication throughout the admission process.

* Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets.

* Maintain student database and update CRM records regularly.

* Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide excellent support.

* Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.

## Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, sales, or EdTech industry preferred.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

* Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and AI courses is an advantage.

* Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.

* Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused attitude.
