Minimum 12th pass (Higher Secondary)
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
Comfortable speaking on phone (telecalling outbound & inbound)
Respond to inbound enquiries from prospective students regarding course offerings, fees, curriculum, etc.
Make outbound calls to leads (walk-ins / online / referrals) to inform them about courses, follow up, convert leads to admissions.
Explain the admission process, eligibility, schedules, and any promotional offers.
Counsel students (and parents, if required) to choose appropriate courses based on their career goals.
Maintain lead & student data in the CRM or MIS (daily updates, follow up logs).
Meet monthly/weekly admission targets.
Coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth registration / fee collection.
Assist in arranging/participating in events or seminars for lead generation.
