The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for managing the end-to-end admission process for EMPI’s Regular PGDM and MBA programs. The role involves counseling prospective students, conducting information sessions, managing admission queries, and supporting enrollment goals through effective communication and engagement.
Counsel and guide prospective students about EMPI’s PGDM/MBA programs, admission process, eligibility, and career prospects.
Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from students and parents.
Conduct career counseling sessions, webinars, and campus presentations to promote EMPI programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, and educational events.
Support applicants throughout the admission and documentation process, ensuring timely follow-up and conversions.
Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM or internal systems.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for student outreach and admission drives.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and enrollment targets as defined by the institution.
Represent EMPI at education fairs, seminars, and campus outreach programs.
Reside in the college-provided hostel as per EMPI’s residential policy to support extended working hours during peak admission seasons and ensure availability on campus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
1–4 years of experience in student counseling, admissions, or educational sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong goal orientation with a customer-centric and result-driven mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
Willingness to stay on campus (hostel accommodation provided) and work flexible hours during admission periods.
