We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team Campus To Career. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹3000 - ₹5000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Student Interaction:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding admission queries.
Counsel students (and sometimes parents) regarding courses, career options, eligibility, and admission process.
Follow up with interested candidates through calls, messages, or emails.
Admissions Process:
Explain course structures, fees, payment plans, and timelines.
Assist students in filling admission forms and collecting required documents.
Coordinate with academic and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Meet admission targets and conversion ratios.
Maintain records of leads and regularly update the CRM system or excel database.
Marketing & Outreach:
Participate in educational fairs, campus seminars, webinars, and outreach activities.
Promote courses through online platforms and offline campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / CRM tools
Pleasant personality and good listening skills
Fluent in English and local language (preferred)
