We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Admission Counselor & Student Coordinator who can handle student admissions, maintain proper records, manage student progress, and assist with placements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in both English and Hindi, and possess a passion for student success.
Attend to walk-ins, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online inquiries
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, career paths, and institute benefits
Convert leads into confirmed admissions by providing clarity and support
Assist in fee discussions, admission form filling, and enrollment
Maintain accurate student records including admission forms, ID proofs, fee receipts, and academic progress
Regularly update attendance, progress reports, and leave records in the system
Generate reports for management on admissions, defaulters, and academic delays
Act as the central point of contact for enrolled students
Address student concerns, manage schedules, and coordinate with trainers
Monitor discipline, attendance, and performance issues
Call and follow up with parents of irregular students
Coordinate with companies for internship and job opportunities for students
Schedule and follow up on interviews, maintain placement records
Prepare students for interviews and document their career progress
Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners
Maintain and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission and student reports
Support marketing campaigns with feedback and lead insights
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in admissions, student counseling, or academic coordination
Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi
Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and database management
Presentable and professional demeanor
Target-oriented, organized, and student-focused
Ability to multitask and manage student queries patiently
