Counsel prospective students and parents regarding Jobsense programs (Full Stack, Digital Marketing, etc.)
Handle inbound/outbound calls, walk-ins, and follow-ups to convert leads into admissions.
Guide students on career opportunities and suggest the best-fit courses based on their background and interests.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups on CRM or Excel.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet monthly enrollment targets.
Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and college visits when required.
Maintain deep knowledge of course content, pricing, offers, placement stats, and eligibility criteria.
Build strong relationships with students to ensure long-term trust and possible referrals.
Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, or relevant).
0.6 to 2 years of experience in counseling/admissions/ed-tech preferred. Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Confident in both Hindi and English.
