Job Summary:
We are hiring an enthusiastic Counsellor to convert leads into admissions through effective career counselling, trust-building, and product knowledge. This role is pivotal in aligning prospective students’ goals with our course offerings and increasing enrolment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries from students and parents.

· Provide accurate and updated information about courses, career paths, and industry trends.

· Guide students to make informed decisions based on their interests and eligibility.

· Achieve monthly admission targets through effective lead follow-ups and closures.

· Maintain CRM/database of inquiries and lead status.

· Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities and campaigns.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.

· 1-3 years of counselling/admission experience in the education sector.

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.

· Ability to work under targets and deliver results.
