Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Academic Counsellor to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about various career and course options offered by our institute, assisting them through the admission process, and ensuring a smooth enrolment experience.
Key Responsibilities:

• Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/training programs.

• Counsel walk-ins and telephonic/online enquiries.

• Explain course details, career opportunities, and admission procedures.

• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong conversion rate.

• Maintain records of calls and student interactions in the CRM.

• Support the admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.

• Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.

• Build rapport with students and parents to build trust and long-term relationships.
  Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

  • Customer-centric attitude.

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations.

  • Ability to handle targets and work under pressure.

  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred.
    Working Days & Time:

    • 6 Days Working (1 Weekday Off)

    • Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
