This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹35000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Understand academic background and career goals of leads to suggest suitable programs.
- Deliver professional and persuasive program presentations via phone, email, or video call.
- Follow up with leads through CRM and ensure timely closure of admissions.
- Meet or exceed monthly admission targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Stay updated on the latest course offerings, market trends, and competitor strategies.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Convincing Skills, Counselling, Edtech, B2C sales is an added advantage.
