Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and student-focused Academic/Admission Counsellor who can understand students’ career aspirations, guide them toward the right courses, and support them throughout the admission process. The counsellor should have a good understanding of technology-based courses and a passion for helping students build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about IT & Digital courses such as Python, Java, AI-ML, Web Development, Digital Marketing, and related programs.

• Handle inquiries (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, walk-ins, and social media leads) and provide accurate course/program details.

• Understand each student’s academic background and career goals, and recommend suitable training programs.

• Guide students through the application and enrollment process.

• Maintain student databases and track conversions through CRM/Excel.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets in coordination with the sales & marketing team.

• Conduct online/offline counselling sessions, webinars, and workshops.

• Represent the company at educational events, seminars, and career fairs.
