Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on academic programs, course selection, and study plans.

• Guide students in setting academic goals and creating strategies to achieve them.

• Monitor and track students’ academic performance, attendance, and overall progress.

• Provide assistance in overcoming academic challenges and learning difficulties.

• Collaborate with faculty and parents to support student development.

• Organize workshops, orientation programs, and mentoring sessions.

• Maintain proper records of student counselling sessions and progress reports.

• Advise students on exam preparation, time management, and study techniques.

• Stay updated with curriculum changes, academic policies, and institutional requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Counselling, or related field.

• Prior experience as an Academic/Student Counsellor or in a similar role preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to handle sensitive student concerns with empathy and confidentiality.

• Proficiency in MS Office and student record management tools.
