Role Overview:

As a Business Development Executive (Education Counsellor), you will play a key role in counselling students, handling inbound queries, and helping them make informed decisions about their academic paths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and counselling to students regarding educational opportunities.

• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and assessments.

• Develop and implement personalized development plans.

• Track student progress and maintain records.

• Conduct follow-ups with potential leads and convert them into admissions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align counselling with business goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Education, or a related field.

• 0–3 years of experience in education counselling or a similar role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.

• Ability to motivate and inspire students.

• Must be comfortable working from the office.

• Prior experience in the education industry is preferred.
