We are seeking a motivated and responsible Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of relevant supervisory or team-handling experience, along with a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow within the team

Manage and guide workers to achieve daily production or operational targets

Monitor performance and maintain quality standards

Report daily updates and progress to higher management

Ensure discipline, safety, and compliance with company policies

Identify and resolve any operational or personnel issues promptly
