We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail operations, drive exceptional customer experiences, and ensure strong sales performance at our exclusive Limelight Diamonds store.
Lead daily store operations, ensuring seamless customer service and adherence to brand standards.
Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve individual and store targets.
Build lasting customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Oversee inventory control, visual merchandising, and store hygiene.
Handle client escalations, billing, and store administration tasks.
Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams for store promotions and events.
Train and onboard new staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
Maintain reports on sales, footfall, and customer feedback for management review.
3–6 years of experience in luxury or jewelry retail, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/managerial role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for luxury service.
Good understanding of retail KPIs and inventory management.
Proficiency in billing software and basic MS Office tools.
Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Retail certification is a plus).
