Position: Store Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Store Sales Executive to manage in-store sales operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales within the luggage, undergarments, or toys segment and a strong understanding of product presentation and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
Manage daily store operations including product display, inventory checks, and billing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly arranged, and attractively displayed.
Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the store manager and backend team for stock replenishment.
Keep track of fast- and slow-moving items to plan sales strategies.
Maintain hygiene and visual merchandising standards within the store.
Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in store sales, preferably in luggage, undergarments, or toy retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer handling and upselling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Excel, etc.).
Flexible to work on weekends and retail shifts.
Education:
Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
