Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the brand’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Service

Achieve store sales targets through effective strategies.

Ensure a superior shopping experience by resolving customer queries promptly.

Team Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.

Motivate the team to deliver high performance and meet KPIs.

Operations & Inventory

Manage stock levels, replenishment, and accurate inventory records.

Minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock availability.

Visual Merchandising & Store Ambience

Implement brand guidelines for store displays and layouts.

Maintain a clean, welcoming, and brand-aligned shopping environment.

Financial & Reporting

Control operational costs and improve store profitability.

Prepare sales, staff performance, and inventory reports.

Compliance & Standards

Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.

Requirements

Graduate in Retail, Business, or related field (preferred).

1–5 years of retail/store management experience (footwear or lifestyle segment preferred).

Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and retail/inventory management systems.
