Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bakery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure smooth functioning of the bakery. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in retail or F&B management, and a love for quality food.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily bakery operations, including production, sales, and customer service
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and efficiency
Monitor product quality, freshness, and presentation standards
Manage inventory levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Implement and maintain store policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Track sales performance and work towards achieving revenue targets
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and seasonal offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in a bakery, café, or food retail environment
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of bakery products and operations
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and increase profitability
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations
Proficiency in basic computer applications (POS, inventory software, MS Office)
