As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the eyewear retail store. This includes team leadership, sales performance, customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining the brand's service standards. You will act as the brand ambassador, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for every customer.
Drive store sales and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge and guide customers in choosing the right eyewear and lens solutions.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store including opening, closing, and housekeeping.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with supply chain for replenishment.
Ensure all SOPs are followed – billing, returns, visual merchandising, etc.
Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of sales staff and optometrists.
Provide training and mentoring to improve product knowledge and customer handling.
Manage shift rosters, attendance, and staff discipline.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Ensure visual displays and store layout are in line with brand guidelines.
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly sales and inventory reports.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as brand policies.
Experience: Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail, preferably eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Education: Graduate in any discipline; certification in Retail Management/Optometry is a plus.
