Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all store operations, ensuring the shop is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times
Take customer measurements and manage custom tailoring orders
Guide clients in fabric selection, styles, and design customizations
Coordinate with in-house tailors and designers to ensure timely delivery of orders
Maintain inventory of fabrics, accessories, and finished garments
Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Train, schedule, and manage store staff
Handle customer complaints, fittings, and alteration requests
Oversee visual merchandising and ensure brand standards are maintained
Make sure that the store is well kept at all times, takes customer orders and manages the entire store
