- 8–10 years of experience in fashion, bridal, or luxury retail.
- Confident with sales, billing, and inventory systems.
- Strong styling sense and communication.
- Leadership skills to guide a small team.
- Organized and goal-driven.
Review daily targets (sales, trials, conversions).
- Supervise QC/logistics & customer experience.
- Maintain store ambience & discipline.
- Coordinate with marketing for walk-ins & campaigns.
- Weekly reporting to founder.
