Maintain adequate staffing as per footfall and manage weekly duty rosters.
Train, coach, and motivate staff to improve performance.
Monitor individual staff productivity (Sales per staff, conversion rate).
4. Inventory & Stock Management
Ensure 100% compliance on inward/outward entries and FIFO adherence.
Minimize inventory shrinkage and ensure nil stock mismatches during audits.
Ensure timely RTV and reordering of bestsellers.
5. Visual Merchandising (VM) Compliance
Maintain VM standards as per brand guidelines.
Ensure timely implementation of window displays, season launches, and offers.
Conduct regular checks for store hygiene and display freshness.
6. Store Operations & Compliance
Ensure store opening/closing SOPs, cash handling, and banking compliance.
Maintain documentation – checklists, attendance, sales reports, petty cash, etc.
Ensure smooth functioning of POS, billing software, and IT hardware.
7. Loss Prevention & Audit Readiness
Ensure zero tolerance for pilferage, fraud, and unauthorized cash/card handling.
Address audit remarks and implement preventive measures.
Maintain CCTV functionality and overall security vigilance.
8. Marketing & Local Promotions
Execute in-store promotions and coordinate with the marketing team for footfall-driving activities.
Support digital/local influencer activities if applicable.
9. Store Maintenance & Ambience
Maintain upkeep of fixtures, trial rooms, lighting, music, and fragrance.
Ensure pest control, housekeeping, and daily cleanliness routines are followed.
10. Reporting & Communication
Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to HO/Regional team.
Attend review calls, team huddles, and review meetings actively.
Communicate brand updates, SOPs, and circulars to the floor team timely.
