Maintain stock of all raw materials used in the kitchen
Check and record incoming deliveries daily
Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of goods
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking
Raise purchase requests based on kitchen requirements
Keep records updated and share reports with the team
Follow hygiene and safety guidelines for food storage
Experience in inventory/store management (preferably in F&B)
Basic knowledge of kitchen materials and stock handling
Good communication and coordination skills
Organized and responsible attitude
