The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, inventory handling, vendor coordination, and payment tracking. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Drive daily sales and meet sales targets.
Manage and motivate sales staff to provide excellent customer service.
Upsell products and promote festive/seasonal items. Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of food items, gift products, packaging materials, etc.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies.
Coordinate restocking and ensure products are well displayed and fresh.
Vendor Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
Place timely orders based on stock levels and sales trends.
Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality terms with vendors. Payments & Financial Tracking:
Record and manage cash, UPI, and card payments accurately.
Maintain daily sales reports and submit reconciliations.
Ensure vendors are paid on time and keep payment records organized.
Operations & Administration:
Oversee cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the counter.
Train new staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and SOPs.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
