🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening/closing, cleanliness, and staff coordination.

• Manage inventory levels, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely stock replenishment.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and overall store presentation.

• Handle billing operations, POS systems.

• Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance on a regular basis.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer queries or complaints efficiently.

• Ensure the store complies with all company policies, audit standards, and safety protocols.

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Minimum Graduation required (MBARetail Management preferred).

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Store Manager or in retail operations.

• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.

• Good knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail software.

• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
