· Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products.
· Assist in achieving daily sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
· Share product knowledge and styling suggestions to enhance the shopping experience.
· Support daily opening and closing routines, including billing and cash handling.
· Ensure stock levels are maintained on the floor and coordinate with the stock room team.
· Help with stock receipt, tagging, replenishment, and shelf arrangement as per guidelines.
· Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product displays.
· Keep the store tidy, organized, and aligned with the brand’s aesthetic at all times.
· Assist with setup of seasonal promotions, signage, and in-store campaigns.
Sales Contribution – Individual sales achievement as a % of store target

Stock Accuracy – Participation in cycle counts and accuracy in stock handling
Productivity – Tasks completed on time (stocking, cleaning, visual updates)

Reports to: Store Manager
✔ 1–3 years of experience in a retail or customer service role (fashion/apparel preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Passionate about fashion, customer delight, and helping others
✔ Team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a retail environment
✔ Basic knowledge of POS systems and stock handling is a plus
