Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Store Keeper to manage and control construction materials and inventory at our infrastructure project in New Raipur. The role involves handling material receipts, storage, issuance, and maintaining accurate stock records. The position is site-based, and the company provides free accommodation at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials as per purchase orders or delivery challans.

• Maintain accurate records of stock using manual registers and/or ERP systems.

• Issue materials to engineers, supervisors, or contractors based on daily site requirements.

• Monitor and report stock levels, shortages, damages, or slow-moving items.

• Ensure proper and secure storage of construction materials, tools, and consumables.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports and assist during physical audits.

• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in storekeeping within civil construction projects.

• Hands-on knowledge of construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, fittings, etc.

• Familiarity with storekeeping practices, documentation, and inventory control systems.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, or ERP-based inventory modules (preferred).

• Ability to read and write in English; strong reporting and documentation skills.

• Honest, dependable, and capable of working independently at remote project sites.
