Job Summary:

The Part-Time Team Member supports daily store operations during peak hours by assisting with food preparation, serving, billing, and maintaining store hygiene. The role is ideal for students or individuals looking for flexible working hours in a professional QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and assist them in placing orders.

• Operate billing systems and manage cash or card transactions accurately.

• Prepare, pack, and serve food & beverages as per Haldiram’s standards.

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, kitchen, and dining area.

• Follow hygiene and safety protocols at all times.

• Assist in restocking and managing inventory during shifts.

• Coordinate with full-time staff to ensure smooth store operations.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.

• Prior experience in QSR / Retail / Café preferred but not mandatory.

• Flexible to work morning/evening/weekend shifts.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Shift Timings:

• 4-6 hours per day

• Weekday or weekend options available

Salary Range:

₹6,000 – ₹8,000 per month (depending on hours and location)
