Job Summary:

We are hiring 30 Store Operations Assistants to manage our in-store order fulfillment process. The role involves picking items based on customer orders and transferring them to the billing/packing counter. This position is essential for ensuring smooth and accurate daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process in-store and online customer orders.

• Locate and pick items from shelves as per order lists.

• Transfer picked items to the counter for billing/packing.

• Coordinate with the billing staff and ensure timely delivery of items.

• Maintain tidiness in the store and picking area.

• Alert supervisors about low stock or product issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation is must.

• Must be physically fit and energetic.

• Basic understanding of store operations is an advantage.

• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented.

• Freshers can apply; training will be provided.

Shift Details & Manpower Requirement:

7:00 AM – 3:00 PM= 10 candidates

3:00 PM – 11:00 PM= 11 candidates

11:00 PM – 7:00 AM= 3 candidates
