Job Title: Store InCharge

Department: Stores/Warehouse
Reports To: Operations Manager / Store Manager / Plant Head

Job Summary:

The Store InCharge will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, including inventory management, stock control, goods receipt and issue, maintaining records, and ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.

• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained accurately.

• Monitor incoming and outgoing stock and verify materials with relevant documentation.

• Maintain stock registers and inventory records in ERP/software/manual systems.

• Ensure timely issuance of materials to various departments.

• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.

• Handle GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), purchase returns, and material dispatches.

• Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage/loss.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the store.

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments.

• Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Graduate (preferably in Commerce/Logistics/Management).

• 2-5 years of experience in store or warehouse operations.

• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.).

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
